Rescheduling and Cancellations
For groups of 3 or more, we require 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Anything less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% treatment fee; less than 24 hours notice will result in 100% fee to the card on file.
Food & Beverage
You may bring in wine, champagne, beer, or any non-alcoholic beverage for your guests to enjoy. No hard alcohol.
Finger foods like cheese and crackers are recommended as snacks. We will not allow any foods that are highly aromatic and may interfere with another guest’s enjoyment of our facilities. Please be aware that we may require you to pay a $20 clean up fee upon inspection of the party area.
If you or your guests are running late for your appointment, we will accommodate the remainder of your time, so the next scheduled guest is not inconvenienced. The fee will remain the same.
