Nestled in the heart of Gainesville, Florida in Park Avenue, The Honeybee Cafe is much more than just a coffee shop. We are a community retreat! We offer a beautiful outdoor space complete with hammocks and outdoor seating to enjoy our abundant nature and even see spectacular birds while enjoying a delicious cup of coffee or our customers favorite, chicken salad.

We serve delicious hand-crafted coffees and artisan teas. Enjoy baked goods from our local bakeries and light lunches at the cafe. We like to think of ourselves as a hidden gem speakeasy type of coffee house. We proudly serve the most incredible Costa Rican coffee beans from Cafe Britt.

Our Reviews

This place is a hidden gem! The owners are super down-to-earth and the coffee shop is very cute/quaint. They serve high quality coffee and carry delicious treats from local bakeries. Staff seemed very invested in making sure you left happy. There is a nice shaded area near the shop entrance where you can enjoy your coffee outside in a tranquil environment. You may even spot the local kitty! Highly recommend!
