POLICY: DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT FOR GREAT ESCAPE PACKAGES AT SPA ROYALE

At Spa Royale, we strive to provide our valued guests with an exceptional and relaxing experience through our range of services and packages. Our Great Escape packages are designed to offer a day of indulgence and rejuvenation. To ensure the availability of these popular packages and to manage our resources efficiently, there is a deposit requirement for all Great Escape package reservations. For your convenience a 20% gratuity is also included in the package total All Great Escape packages require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: We hope that you don’t need to cancel your package, but if you do, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit will be applied to a future rebooking or refunded fully with your 48 hour notice. Cancellations made after the specified timeframe or failure to attend the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
By making a booking for a Great Escape package at Spa Royale, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the deposit requirement as outlined in this policy.
