WOW! I frantically called around Gainesville to book a massage because I had tons of tension in my body from a traumatic road trip last week. I had never been here before. They were able to accommodate me with Brian (I hope I’m spelling it correctly). First of all the physical location is gorgeous, inside and out. The relaxation room where you wait is just perfect - peaceful, warm, with hot tea and mint/berry water. Warm colors, salt lamps, zen art. Every staff member was welcoming and gentle. And then the actual massage - Brian knocked it out of the park. The pressure was perfect, he was thorough and just knew what he was doing. I had a lot of knots in my back and neck and he just performed magic on them. He is a rock star. I can’t believe I never visited this place before. Best believe I’m going to come back! Thank you so much to every Spa Royale staff member. This is a Gainesville gem.
Recently over the past few years, I have traveled to this area quite often for business and this was my first experience here and definitely will not be my last.
I had an employ day out here and everything was perfect from beginning to end.
The music was so relaxing the entire time it put you in a very centered and relaxed state.
The café was a pleasant surprise, and everything was top-notch and tasted so good!
This has to be one of the best Hydro facials we have ever received as they took their time explained everything step-by-step and made sure that we understood what was going on the entire time.
We definitely recommend the platinum treatment as the boosters that they added in made our skin feel extremely nourished, and the LED was a pleasant surprise.
The tension relief massage was so relaxing and helpful and was just the right amount of time as the hot stone massage.
Overall, an extremely wonderful and luxurious experience.
This is going to be a definite stop every time. I am in town now. I am sorry that I have missed out on this opportunity every other time I’ve been here over the past few years.

Great experience at Spa Royale. Have now visited several times for massage services and been pleased each time. Brennan is great for a deep tissue therapeutic massage, highly recommend! Facility is always clean and well kept, staff is pleasant and professional.
The services were 5 star. But the experience and vibe checking in was lack luster. If I am paying $250 for a massage and $120 for a pedicure the staff should be more attentive. Front desk people did not give a warm welcome. They did not offer to show us around or get us settled in at our lockers. I get treated better at Massage Envy! But again the massage and pedicure were wonderful.
Always friendly and make you feel very relaxed during treatments. Treatments with Kerstie are the the best. Easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable.
We did a couples message and each of our messages exceeded our expectations. Both therapist spent time working on problem areas and checked with us regularly to make sure the pressure used was adequate and not too much. Excellent messages!!
From the moment I walked up to Spa Royale I could hear soft, soothing sounds and music. I walked in and greeted by Lina who was delightfully. She offered me a hot towel while I waited. Since it was my first time she offered me a tour of the spa area. The spa area is large with lots of space to kick up your feet and relax before and after having a massage, either with refreshing fruit infused water and snacks. You get a locker , with a code to hold all your personal belongings. Complimentary robe and sandals await in your locker. My masseuse Serena was extraordinary! I have a 90 minute massage which I drifted away into. She was able to tackle all my problem areas and release some tension, mostly my back. Finished off my time in an infrared sauna. Not too hot and tolerable for healing. I will definitely be coming back 💖
It has been a long time since I treated myself to a spa day. I purchased the Pure Bliss package - massage, facial and pedicure. Brenden, my masseuse, exceeded my expectations with his caring manner. David did my facial and it was a real treat. Michelle performed my pedicure. My feet felt so refreshed afterward. I took David's advice and got sparkly purple polish on my toes. I already have an appointment for another pedicure next month. This is a great place and the whole staff makes you feel special.
My first experience at a spa and I could not have been more impressed. The staff was professional and attentive. A very relaxing time, the facial left my skin feeling clean and smooth. My pedicure is beautiful. I already plan to return again soon

Update: I've been coming here for the past 2 years and I still love it. The massage tables are the absolute best, especially because they are heated. I had a wonderful massage by Brenden today. I appreciated how professional and attentive he was. He had a warm demeanor and the massage pressure was perfect. I've also previously had a great massage by Jachari who shared the same qualities. This facility exceeded any and all expectations! Timely, gentle and efficient very clean and comfortable environment with a customer service driven attitude!
