Taking some time off to treat yourself to a pedicure, manicure, or facial can help you look and feel beautiful. Most spa treatments usually last an hour or so maximum, which may be inadequate to feel completely rejuvenated.

If you’re like most people, chances are more likely than not that you have a busy schedule where you spend several hours at your desk. The long lines of traffic jams don’t seem to help matters, leaving you utterly exhausted by the end of the week. If that’s the case, you should consider pampering yourself once in a while.

A day spa package comes with many offerings, ranging from massages to facials which can help you unwind. It’s not just about the treatment. By having a full spa experience, you’ll relax your body and mind.

Reasons to Consider a Day Spa

A day spa helps you focus on living in the moment. Based on the spa you choose, you may spend your day sipping on herbal teas, chocolates, or cocktails while your body is treated to a wholesome spa experience. Here are a few reasons you should consider visiting a day spa:

  • It’s good for your overall health- A massage helps alleviate pain and promotes blood flow to all parts of the body. Moreover, other treatments, such as facials, help remove dead skin, which helps the skin to glow.
  • Helps to get rid of toxins- you heard that right. Getting a massage helps the lymphatic system accelerate the removal of toxins from the body.
  • Offers relaxation- While a massage helps your body relax, the spa environment can help you concentrate on the moment, relax your mind and help you kickstart the week on a high note.

What Does a Full Day Spa Entail?

We decided to offer day spa treatment to clients who enjoy maximum relaxation while you’re fully taken care of by our highly trained professionals. We recommend clients spare at least six hours for each day spa visit.

What’s Included in the Full Day Spa Experience?

We offer the following treatments for a day spa at our premises:

Full Body Massage

We have a wide range of massages to suit our clients’ needs, including the firm pressure massage. A pressure massage helps with tense muscles by promoting blood circulation throughout the body.

Body Polish and Wrap Detox

The two types of treatment are used for the skin. The skin is gently scrubbed to remove dead skin using shea butter, and a warm body wrap is applied to detox the skin and hydrate the skin.

Rejuvenating Facial

This is arguably one of the most popular day spa treatments to address skin conditions, including acne. It can include warm stone treatment and scalp massage.

Manicure and Pedicure

If we’re being honest, most of us leave busy schedules, which leaves little or no time for pedicures and manicures. Treatment methods include trimming, and applying nail polish, and cuticles. For pedicures, a scrub is followed by applying a moisturizer, cuticle, and buffing, among many others.
